Modular flight training can be a lonely endeavor with many risks and potentially costly pitfalls along the way. By choosing to complete your Pilot training through Ortus Aviation, these risks are significantly reduced. Our experienced team provides a seamless flight training process for you. Our flight training programmes have been designed with providing the highest standards of cost-effective training and support to you throughout your training journey.
The industry’s leading and trusted aviation brands, such as ASG , Simtech Aviation , MyWingman, have provided Ortus Aviation with their full backing to oversee, manage and deliver the industry’s leading modular flight training programme. Our team will manage and oversee your flight training course – all of your training is overseen and will be centrally managed by us as you progress through the different phases – we are here for you all the way. Throughout your training, we provide you with mentoring, liaison, and assistance. This is structured and centralised approach to your flight training; it is one where you are not on your own: your success is our focus.
In order to be successful it’s important to have the support, and the right aptitude and attitude; student Pilots need to be mentored and coached throughout the training process. Too often, costly lessons are learned by students who make poor choices when “self-managing” their own flight training journey moving from one training organisation to another without any centralised coherent structure or approach to their training. Thereafter, modular students are often on their own without any advice or support in taking that final important step of gaining employment.
As part of the Ortus Aviation flight training course, we provide you with an impartial psychometric assessment and support you throughout your training and your subsequent job search. We actively help our graduates in finding that first job through interview training, seminars and active mediation between the graduate and airlines. You are not alone throughout the process and you can benefit from our team’s expertise and experience throughout which is crucial in order to land that first job.
